Component
Create a reusable group — change one, change them all.
⚠ This tool doesn't draw yet. It exists in the bar, it has a key and it has a card — but the behaviour described below is the designed one, and it arrives in a future version.
Step by step
- Select the elements that form the component.
- Choose Component or press N.
- The component becomes available to insert elsewhere.
Worth knowing
- Changing a component changes every instance: it is the way to keep consistency.
- An instance can be detached: it becomes an independent group.
- Components can contain other components.
