Paint
Apply materials to the elements of the drawing.
⚠ This tool doesn't draw yet. It exists in the bar, it has a key and it has a card — but the behaviour described below is the designed one, and it arrives in a future version.
Step by step
- Choose Paint and select the material in the palette.
- Click an element to apply the material.
- Ctrl+click applies to several elements in sequence.
Worth knowing
- The material defines the appearance in the 3D model and can affect thermal properties.
- Structural materials (concrete, steel, timber) have associated mechanical properties.
- The palette can be extended with custom materials.
